Three honest budget tiers for starting peetal

Whatever your budget, there's a right first piece — and wrong ones at every price point. Tier by tier, plainly.

Peetal shopping gets easier once you accept that every budget has a correct entry, and that stretching badly serves nobody.

Under ₹3,500 — start with the tawa. The Aangan Tawa at ₹3,200 is a complete tool: daily rotis, dosas, shallow frying. Flat pieces deliver more utility per rupee than hollow vessels at this level. Free shipping threshold sits just above; combine with anything small later.

₹5,000–7,000 — the working duo. Aangan Tawa plus Pratham Kadhai clears free shipping and covers ninety percent of Indian daily cooking. This is the tier most families should target for their first real purchase.

₹8,000+ — add serving depth. The Saaj set (₹5,900) alongside the duo builds a full traditional kitchen across two orders. Beyond this, you're adding breadth, not fixing gaps.

What doesn't work at any tier: splitting a kadhai budget across three cheap small vessels, or financing a showpiece while the stove stays unlined.

Budgets are constraints, not insults. The catalogue prices exist so planning happens with numbers, not vibes.
