Delivery and returns

What delivery costs

Delivery is free on orders over ₹3,000. Below that, a flat shipping charge is applied based on your order total, which is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

How long it takes

Pieces are dispatched 3–5 working days after the order, because batches are finished by hand and a piece is packed when it is ready rather than pulled from a shelf. Domestic courier transit is a further 2–7 days depending on your pincode. Every dispatched order carries a tracking link.

International express delivery & customs

We dispatch hand-hammered peetal cookware globally across 20+ countries via DHL Express and FedEx Express (typically 3–7 business days in transit). International orders are billed in Indian Rupees (₹ INR).

Please note that international destination countries may levy import customs duties, local VAT/GST, or handling fees. These charges are set by your country’s customs authority and are collected upon parcel arrival by the courier.

If something arrives damaged

Send a photograph within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund the piece. You do not pay return shipping on a damaged arrival. Hammer marks, small differences between pieces, and a surface that darkens over time are not damage — they are what the metal does, and this guide shows the difference.

Returns

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Bank processing typically takes 5–7 working days after we record the refund.
