What we sell
Hand-hammered peetal (brass) cookware and serveware, lined with kalai (tin) where the piece is meant for cooking. Every piece is shaped by hand, so small variations in hammer marks, colour and size are normal. They are not defects.
Pricing
Prices are listed in rupees and are the price you pay. Where a tax line applies it is shown at checkout. We do not run discounts or sales; the price is the same for everyone, every day.
Orders and payment
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI credentials. Your order is confirmed by email once payment succeeds.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders are dispatched in 3-5 days. Shipping is free on orders over ₹3,000. Delivery timelines depend on your pincode and the courier, and every dispatched order carries a tracking link.
Returns and refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing typically takes 5-7 working days after we record the refund.
Care expectation
Peetal is a cooking metal with a living surface. Following the care guide keeps it functional for generations; ignoring it does not damage the metal beyond recovery. Re-tinning is a normal part of a long life with these vessels, not a warranty event.
What we will never claim
We make no health claims about peetal or kalai. No immunity, no nutrient transfer, no medical benefit. Anyone selling you those claims is guessing.
